What should I expect of my first visit?

Prior to your first appointment, you will be asked to completed a number of intake forms found on my Forms page. These forms will ask for your demographic and billing information, will ask general questions about the symptoms that are troubling you, and will explain the limits of confidentiality. In order for you to feel free to talk openly with me, and so that your right to privacy is protected, the law makes it my duty to keep client information confidential.
